| Parametric Technology Corporation announced that for second quarter of 2010, it expects revenue to be in the range of $235-$245 million with non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) of $0.14-$0.20. For fiscal 2010, the Company is increasing its revenue target to $1.015 billion and non-GAAP EPS target to $1.00. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts on an average were expecting the Company to report revenue of $236 million and EPS of $0.20 for second quarter of 2010; revenue of $981 million and EPS of $0.97 for fiscal 2010. |

| Parametric Technology Corporation announced that GE Healthcare, a unit of GE, has selected Windchill, the Company's PLM software, and Pro/ENGINEER to replace its legacy data management and MCAD software. The Company's solutions will support GE Healthcare in achieving their product development goals. GE Healthcare is using Windchill for product lifecycle management, Pro/ENGINEER for mechanical CAD/CAM/CAE, and Arbortext for product information delivery.
