The Company sells motor homes through independent dealers under the Winnebago, Itasca and ERA brand names. Other products manufactured by the Company consist of original equipment manufacturing (OEM) parts, including extruded aluminum and other component products for other manufacturers and commercial vehicles. As of August 29, 2009, the Company also operated a fiberglass manufacturing facility in Hampton, Iowa, and a Class B motor home assembly plant and a cabinet products manufacturing facility in Charles City, Iowa. During the fiscal year ended August 29, 2009, the Company discontinued Destination, Latitude, Spirit, Vectra and Horizon products.
