The Legal Consulting segment provides guidance and business services to address the challenges that confront legal organizations. The Corporate Consulting segment helps clients through various stages of transformation that result in measurable and sustainable performance improvement. In January 2009, the Company acquired Nextmove, Saudi Arabia-based consulting firm.
