Honda Motor Co., Ltd. (Honda) develops manufactures and distributes motorcycles, automobiles, power products, and also provides financing for the sale of those products. The Company’s principal manufacturing facilities are located in Japan, the United States of America, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Italy, China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Argentina, Brazil and Turkey. The Company operates in four business segments: motorcycle business, automobile business, financial services business, and power product and other businesses. Honda produces a range of motorcycles, ranging from the 50 cubic centimeters class to the 1800 cubic centimeters class in cylinder displacement. Honda’s automobiles use gasoline engines of three, four or six-cylinder, diesel engines and gasoline-electric hybrid systems. It also offers a variety of financial services to its customers and dealers. Honda manufactures a variety of power products including power tillers and portable generators.
