The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks and equity securities of large companies that have a market capitalization of greater than $5 billion. The equity securities are primarily common stocks, but may also include shares of large-cap stocks of exchange-traded fund, real estate investment trusts, royalty trusts, and master limited partnerships.
