The fund invests at least 65% (and typically more than 90%) of assets in securities included in the S&P 500 Index. It is expected that the aggregate investment characteristics of the fund would be similar to the S&P 500 Index in terms of dividend yield, price/earnings ratio, return on equity, and price/book ratio.
