Overview The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests the equity portion of its portfolio primarily to predominantly in mid- and large cap companies, with the remaining portion of its equity portfolio in smaller companies. Mid- and large cap companies are considered to be those with market capitalization values greater than $1.5 billion. It expects to invest substantially and may invest up to 100% of assets in foreign securities, which may include sovereign debt and participations in foreign government debt.
