The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in the common stocks of small-cap companies as those with market capitalization of $3 billion or less at the time of initial purchase. It invests with the philosophy that long-term rewards to investors comes from those organizations whose products, services, and methods enhance the human condition and the traditional American values of individual initiative, equality of opportunity, and cooperative effort.
