Willis Lease Finance Corp: Company Report

Willis Lease Finance Corporation (Willis) is a lessor of commercial aircraft engines. The Company provides service to commercial aircraft operators and maintenance, repair and overhaul organizations (MROs). Its engine portfolio consists of Stage III commercial jet engines manufactured by CFMI, General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce and International Aero Engine. These engines may be used on one or more aircraft types powering Airbus, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Bombardier and Embraer aircraft. As of December 31, 2008, Willis had a total lease portfolio consisting of 160 engines and related equipment, four aircraft and three spare parts packages with 64 lessees in 35 countries. As of December 31, 2008, the Company managed a total lease portfolio of 11 engines and related equipment for other parties. The Company holds a 50% membership interest in a joint venture, WOLF A340, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (WOLF).
