ExlService Holdings, Inc., is a recognized business solutions provider. The Company’s outsourcing services provide integrated front-, middle- and back-office process outsourcing services for its United States-based and United Kingdom-based clients. Outsourcing services involve the transfer to the Company of select business operations of a client, such as claims processing, finance and accounting and customer service, after which it administers and manages the operations for its client on an ongoing basis. The Company also offers a suite of transformation service offerings that include research and analytics services, risk advisory services and process advisory services. The Company serves primarily the needs of companies in the insurance, banking, financial services, utilities, healthcare, telecommunications and transportation sectors. On August 11, 2008, the Company completed the sale of Noida Customer Operations Private Limited (NCOP) to Aviva Global Services Singapore Pte Ltd.
